We use this list to send you details about our annual festival (this includes information about how to participate, or put a show into the festival, as well as just about what to see) We email an average of once a month, except in the run-up to the festival when there's more to say in news and more recommendations. We occasionally include information about other events which we think you might find interesting, but we do not and will never share our list with other organisations, allow others to analyse data, sell names, etc. We ask for a postcode because it helps us to know where audiences come from, and it's possible that some information may be more useful to people in the immediate locality.

You can unsubscribe via the link on every mailing you will get from us (including one you will receive in just a moment to confirm that you're on the list).

The Rattle'n'Roll Players present

The Rise and Fall of King Donald the 1/5th

by Gabriel Chanan

A rich, aggressive merchant aims to seize the throne of Egoland from dying King Omba. He makes a risky pact with three witches but they have their own subversive ideas. Who can save the world from his destructive impulses? Sharp wit, memorable characters and Shakespearean echoes jostle in this hilarious take on contemporary politics.

The Berks-based Rattle'n'Roll Players were formed in 2015. They were launched at the Windsor Fringe with 'Shakespeare Rattle'n'Roll', and have since built audiences around the home counties with their dynamic blend of politics, pathos and humour. This is their first visit to Bath. www.gabrielchanan.co.uk/theatre-the-rattlenroll-players
